Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Donato De Bonis fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 3rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Tommi Lundell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alexander Higgins. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tommi Lundell in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Higgins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 15 minutes, Jack MacKinnon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scotland and the Vercelli FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jack MacKinnon kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Fedele Di Lorenzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vercelli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fedele Di Lorenzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Higgins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the game, Carter Busillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vercelli FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scotland the free kick. In the 20th match minute, Vercelli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Busillo to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Higgins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Azzolina in the 21st minute. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Vercelli FC's Fedele Di Lorenzo. But to his dismay, Fedele Di Lorenzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 31st minute, Carter Busillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vercelli FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Alexander Higgins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fedele Di Lorenzo went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Azzolina in the 39th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Enzo Azzolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vercelli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Azzolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Higgins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute, Fedele Di Lorenzo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexander Higgins. The goal made the score 7-0. After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Fedele Di Lorenzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zac O'Donnell to make the kick off. Enzo Azzolina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 minutes of play, Vercelli FC's Alfonso Mazzetti made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Higgins was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute, Augusto Cardella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Alexander Higgins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fedele Di Lorenzo's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedele Di Lorenzo in the 66th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Azzolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Fedele Di Lorenzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. In the 74th match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert McNeill to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the game, Fedele Di Lorenzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Alexander Higgins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the match, Fedele Di Lorenzo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fedele Di Lorenzo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Di Lorenzo in the 83rd minute of play. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Vercelli FC's Fedele Di Lorenzo. But to his dismay, Fedele Di Lorenzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Azzolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Fedele Di Lorenzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 17-0. In the 97th minute, Alfonso Mazzetti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vercelli FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 18-0. Vercelli FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
