The supporters of Fomac FK booed when Torbellino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Cordarell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 minutes Torbellino's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Charlie Mellberg who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Jens-Ove Berg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilfredo Mikelar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Torbellino getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Enrique Hustaz hit a great ball. Wilfredo Mikelar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Kjellqvist in the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Carl Kjellqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Mikelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Enrique Hustaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torbellino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fomac FK the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Åman in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilfredo Mikelar saved Torbellino from getting behind. In the 16th minute, Carl Kjellqvist made a precise shot to the right of Wilfredo Mikelar. Torbellino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauricio Cordarell during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rdth minute of the game Rutger Godholm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torbellino's Wilfredo Mikelar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carolo Pitin's late challenge caught a Fomac FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carolo Pitin helped the player get up and apologised. After 31 played minutes Torbellino got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Pitin. In the 33rd minute of the match Claes Åkerström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilfredo Mikelar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Fomac FK's goalkeeper Sören Zachrisson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaston Aztore. When Carl Kjellqvist fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fomac FK's protests and gave Carl Kjellqvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Carl Kjellqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Fomac FK's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Veto came free, but Sören Zachrisson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Fomac FK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stefan Åman was the one to do the kick off. The Torbellino fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Torbellino's Gaston Aztore looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sören Zachrisson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gonza Bustillo charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonza Bustillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gonza Bustillo kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Fomac FK's Charlie Mellberg tried to score from far away in the 71st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gaston Aztore kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Fomac FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Åkerström to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute of the match Gonza Bustillo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sören Zachrisson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 86th match minute, Fomac FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Åkerström to maneuver through the defense. Joel Cordaryal struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Sören Zachrisson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torbellino. If Carl Kjellqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Torbellino fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fomac FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
