Magicos's Elias Maraman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valio Tammisto in the 3rd minute of play. Carlo de Jong was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With an all-out effort, Magicos's Jaap van der Schans threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Moises Vermudo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Magicos booed when Westenenk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Japke Sturm didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 17 minutes of play, Magicos's Evaristo Bastiaro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaap van der Schans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Magicos were furious when Freddy Beliran was red carded, 20 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Magicos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! Magicos:s Elias Maraman showed great skill when he stopped Gervasio Lauaxeta:s penalty. Jaap van der Schans made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Evaristo Bastiaro sent off a good shot on target. Elias Maraman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Posadzki in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Westenenk's Gervasio Lauaxeta got a free kick in the 31st minute. Evaristo Bastiaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Oséas Neiva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaap van der Schans. Westenenk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oséas Neiva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Carlo de Jong hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Evaristo Bastiaros short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Jaap van der Schans to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Magicos were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Westenenk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nunez Bladi took the corner. The audience was convinced that Valio Tammisto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Maraman was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valio Tammisto made a kick off. After 53 minutes Westenenk's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nunez Bladi who took care of the corner kick. Remigiusz Felenak kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Elias Maraman was a little too slow when Valio Tammisto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 60th match minute, Westenenk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wieslaw Posadzki to maneuver through the defense. Wieslaw Posadzki in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elias Maraman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Elias Maraman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valio Tammisto in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute Valio Tammisto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Maraman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Wieslaw Posadzki could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Elias Maraman however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Valio Tammisto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elias Maraman. That made the score 2-2 in the 77 minute of play. Wieslaw Posadzki in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elias Maraman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 81st minute Eddy van den Eede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Maraman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wieslaw Posadzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Maraman was a little too slow when Valio Tammisto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 2-3. When Valio Tammisto came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Westenenk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valio Tammisto couldn't finish the play. The Westenenk players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
