Emil Cvitanović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Thidén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Eugeniusz Kolbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Chaplin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, MKS Maczka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Kolbert to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on MKS Maczka's corner Folke Samuelsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Charlie Chaplin quite easily take care of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, MKS Maczka's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Thidén came free, but Emil Cvitanović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Eugeniusz Kolbert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MKS Maczka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugeniusz Kolbert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emil Cvitanović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Norström in the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Qin Shi Le to make the kick off. Väckelsång IK's Charlie Chaplin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Kolbert in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, MKS Maczka's Eugeniusz Kolbert got a free kick in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Kolbert in the 84th minute of play forced Väckelsång IK's goalkeeper Charlie Chaplin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 played minutes MKS Maczka got a freekick which was hit by Igor Fleischer. With a little luck, MKS Maczka's Emil Cvitanović got control of the ball when Qin Shi Le tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th match minute, MKS Maczka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cătălin Herea to maneuver through the defense. The MKS Maczka support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
