Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabian Czeszejko got the match started through his kick off. Feliks Szkarpiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Czeszejko, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute Wieslaw Lichucki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladan Kovačević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladan Kovačević took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wieslaw Lichucki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Walczak in the 5th minute of play forced ACF Gigliati's goalkeeper Feliks Szkarpiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Pionek in the 9th minute of play forced Olimpia HSB's goalkeeper Vladan Kovačević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliks Szkarpiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Morientes in the 13th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wieslaw Lichucki got free with Vladan Kovačević in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ACF Gigliati's Wieslaw Lichucki managed to work through Olimpia HSB's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Wieslaw Lichucki dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The supporters of Olimpia HSB booed when ACF Gigliati was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Hodyl didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olimpia HSB's goalkeeper Vladan Kovačević, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Julian Buczko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladan Kovačević was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Wieslaw Lichucki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladan Kovačević having to interfere. Julian Buczko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Vladan Kovačević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wieslaw Lichucki got free with Vladan Kovačević in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 47 minutes into the game, ACF Gigliati's Wieslaw Lichucki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vladan Kovačević made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Buczko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Fabian Czeszejko notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of ACF Gigliati's Feliks Szkarpiak. Feliks Szkarpiak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Feliks Szkarpiak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikola Mirotić in the 56th minute. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by ACF Gigliati's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernando Morientes was slow to take the kick. During this time Olimpia HSB's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Fernando Morientes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Feliks Szkarpiak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Czeszejko in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliks Szkarpiak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the match, ACF Gigliati's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Czeszejko came free, but Feliks Szkarpiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olimpia HSB's Vladan Kovačević played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Lichucki in the 65th minute of play. Fabian Czeszejko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliks Szkarpiak having to make a save. ACF Gigliati's Feliks Szkarpiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Czeszejko in the 68th minute of play. Olimpia HSB's Panait Maxim managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Klement Literski in the 69 minute of the game. Panait Maxim might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliks Szkarpiak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Panait Maxim ran back to his position shaking his head. Panait Maxim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliks Szkarpiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When Olimpia HSB's Jacek Pietrowiak in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ACF Gigliati's goalie prevented a goal. In the 98th minute Olimpia HSB were awarded a corner. Fernando Morientes went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Olimpia HSB's Nikola Mirotić getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The Olimpia HSB players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
