Anísio Matorin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willy Stieler during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Palestine booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willy Stieler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bedrettin Özguven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bedrettin Özguven in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Linus Schwerner got a free kick in the 40th minute. Bedrettin Özguven struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palestine. The supporters of Palestine booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Bedrettin Özguven notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 59 minutes into the game, Palestine's Bedrettin Özguven nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Palestine's Maximo Urritz was substituted for Anísio Matorin. In the 66th match minute, Palestine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aysan İlbeyi to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Enis Behiç Cangun made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. After 74 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eser İşcan who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Eser İşcan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 79 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Enis Behiç Cangun came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, Palestine's Enis Behiç Cangun made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Palestine's Enis Behiç Cangun in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 92 minutes, Enis Behiç Cangun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palestine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enis Behiç Cangun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Dreifuss's late challenge caught a Palestine's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Dreifuss helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. A collision led to Palestine getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Enis Behiç Cangun hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Palestine fully deserved thier win.
