The audience thought a goal was coming when Zühtü Tamer got free with Khalid Kennedy in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, England's Khalid Kennedy got control of the ball when Sancarbey Çinuçin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Khalid Kennedy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zühtü Tamer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 41 minute of play. The supporters of DEMİREL.FC booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyle Cox didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Khalid Kennedy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zühtü Tamer's shot from short distance in the 87th minute.
