In the 6th minute, Batt Palmer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Quiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Joel Quiros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Batt Palmer went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Batt Palmer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Quiros. Venezolanos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Batt Palmer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 26 minutes into the game, Brendan Martyn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kilsob AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezolanos FC the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batt Palmer in the 29th minute of play forced Venezolanos FC's goalkeeper Joel Quiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Batt Palmer took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Quiros. Joel Quiros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Kilsob AFC's Burke McAlphie got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Batt Palmer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kilsob AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brite McJon during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kilsob AFC's Brite McJon got a free kick in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Venezolanos FC's Melquiades Felix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boyle McJames narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Melquiades Felix stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Eustaquio Larrañaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezolanos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Larrañaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bar McGlenn fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kilsob AFC's protests and gave Bar McGlenn a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kilsob AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bar McGlenn hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Batt Palmer made a precise shot to the right of Joel Quiros. Venezolanos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 62nd minute Burke McAlphie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Quiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 played minutes Kilsob AFC got a freekick which was hit by Brite McJon. Kilsob AFC's Breasal Willson got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Breasal Willson during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 minutes of play, Kilsob AFC's Breasal Willson made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Quiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kilsob AFC's Burke McAlphie managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Urbes Mercadillo in the 86 minute of the game. Burke McAlphie struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Joel Quiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kilsob AFC. In the 89th minute Batt Palmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Quiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Batt Palmer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. The Kilsob AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kilsob AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
