Köse's Sabri Zübeyir was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After having played for 18 minutes, İhsan Yücesan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Köse's supporters crossed their fingers, but İhsan Yücesan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vahit Hekimoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleary Mulvihill in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, İhsan Yücesan made a precise shot to the right of Pat Harkin. Illanbaun Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The supporters of Köse booed when Illanbaun Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brenna McNamara didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 33 minutes into the game, when Ant Mürşit put in a rough tackle. 33 minutes into the game, one of Köse:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 37 played minutes Illanbaun Utd got a freekick which was hit by Begley McNamara. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cleary Mulvihill in the 41st managed to get into a good position. After 46 minutes, Kain Doyle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Illanbaun Utd and the Köse players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Illanbaun Utd's Kain Doyle got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Cleary Mulvihill made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Illanbaun Utd got a freekick which was hit by Aubrey Keegan.
