Deportivo ScrugenFC's Junior Busquets quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gabin Doare, made in the 17th minute of the game. After 18 played minutes ALEXANDRIA got a freekick which was hit by Gabin Doare. In the 32nd minute, Gervasio Chorache left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALEXANDRIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. ALEXANDRIA's Godfredo Obano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Busquets in the 36th minute of play. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Junior Busquets quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gabin Doare, made in the 37th minute of the game. In the 38th match minute, Deportivo ScrugenFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zoil Pequeño to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes in the game Hugo Maia did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Feliciano Itzaina. Junior Busquets charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Junior Busquets the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ALEXANDRIA booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Junior Busquets didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliciano Itzaina made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Doriva Saldanha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Godfredo Obano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Godfredo Obano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zoil Pequeño's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Godfredo Obano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoil Pequeño in the 62nd minute of play. Doriva Saldanha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Hugo Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Junior Busquets quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gabin Doare, made in the 77th minute of the game. In the 79thth minute of the game Leobardo Padierna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ALEXANDRIA's Godfredo Obano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Leobardo Padierna managed to work through ALEXANDRIA's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Leobardo Padierna dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zeng Jian Cheng was substituted for Doriva Saldanha. Godfredo Obano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leobardo Padierna in the 92nd minute of the match. Zeng Jian Cheng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godfredo Obano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. ALEXANDRIA succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Deportivo ScrugenFC had controlled the match.
