When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zoil Pequeño made a kick off. In the 51st minute, José Paulo Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Boldu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Inautzi in the 54th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Atlético Rio Cuarto's corner Edelmiro Endura fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jose Boldu quite easily take care of the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Zoil Pequeño notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Atlético Rio Cuarto's Bernardino Dimas. Bernardino Dimas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Celestino Salgado was substituted for Bjørn Ironside. Angelino Inautzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Regis Padriña made in the 64th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dustin Poirier. Zoil Pequeño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardino Dimas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Leobardo Padierna was substituted for Zoil Pequeño. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Fortun Bobes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bernardino Dimas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bernardino Dimas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leobardo Padierna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Dimas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leobardo Padierna, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th match minute, Atlético Rio Cuarto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Endura to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Leobardo Padierna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernardino Dimas. That made the score 1-6 in the 91 minute of play. Deportivo ScrugenFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
