Guns And Roses's Lucio Quilo pulled a muscle in his back after 18 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 19 minutes, Ciriaco Endura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arquímedes and the Guns And Roses players grew even worse after the yellow card. A throw-in in the 24th minute of the game was made by Ciriaco Endura with Angel Jaume as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After having played for 40 minutes, Segundo Bordat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guns And Roses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Bordat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Arquímedes's Eustacio Misael threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arquímedes Ladio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 44th minute Alfonso Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Cordario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Guns And Roses made a substitution. Mathies Dalsbirk replaced Ismael Otsoko. Guns And Roses's Luis Admon was substituted for Segundo Bordat. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Domingo Librado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eustacio Misael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arquímedes Ladio, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to Arquímedes getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Angel Jaume hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Arquímedes's Ciriaco Endura got a free kick in the 59th minute. Arquímedes Ladio took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustacio Misael. Eustacio Misael dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 65 minutes into the match, Arquímedes's goalkeeper Jeremias Cordario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Gilabert. In the 66th minute of the match Guns And Roses got a corner. Arquímedes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfonso Gilabert ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Alfonso Gilabert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jeremias Cordario quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Guns And Roses's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfonso Gilabert in the 71st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angel Jaume during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Angel Jaume hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Fernando Nabar came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Arquímedes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Nabar couldn't finish the play. Eustacio Misael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Jaume in the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Guns And Roses's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Jaume came free, but Eustacio Misael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Nabar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Eustacio Misael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso Gilabert made a great header on Guns And Roses's corner, it was just that Arquímedes's Jeremias Cordario managed to reach the ball for a save. Angel Jaume fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Misael having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Alfonso Gilabert managed to get in a good position for a shot.
