With a little luck, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Andres Lastur got control of the ball when Peep Pronk tried to sneak it across the goal line. A throw-in in the 20th minute of the game was made by Julian Boni with Peep Pronk as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of AC LeX Luthor booed when El Renacer del Quijano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Cresconio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peep Pronk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andres Lastur came out and tried to block the shot, but Peep Pronk slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. Fulgencio Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Peep Pronk 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Peep Pronk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andres Lastur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. El Renacer del Quijano FC's attentive Jakob Friberger managed to snatch the ball when Julian Boni made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. After 45 played minutes AC LeX Luthor got a freekick which was hit by Peep Pronk. Kalin Golubarev charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kalin Golubarev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Kalin Golubarev got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobaldo Ubarna to make the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peep Pronk came free, but Andres Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save AC LeX Luthor from getting a goal against them. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Alvaro Errando replaced Peep Pronk. El Renacer del Quijano FC made a substitution. Nicasio Raymond replaced Teobaldo Ubarna. AC LeX Luthor's Zeledon Savion was substituted for Pedro Lucas. After a rather tough play, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Leandro Laurentzi got a free kick in the 67th minute. Alvaro Errando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Andres Lastur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tião Penha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Montrell came free, but Fulgencio Eyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Montrell in the 79th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Fulgencio Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Arnoldo Montrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Nicasio Raymond left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Renacer del Quijano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 86 minutes of play, AC LeX Luthor's Alvaro Errando made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andres Lastur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fulgencio Eyague didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when El Renacer del Quijano FC's Nicasio Raymond shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Fulgencio Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Montrell in the 94th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnoldo Montrell in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Eyague saved AC LeX Luthor from getting behind. El Renacer del Quijano FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
