After a rather tough play, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Bin Shevchenko got a free kick in the 4th minute. Oreste-Osmar Corbatta made in the 12th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Al Wieczorek however managed to control. With an all-out effort, Mapovihesa FC's Luiz Fábio Leite threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcial Iratze, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luiz Fábio Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Al Wieczorek in the 15th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Al Wieczorek, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Al Wieczorek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Luiz Fábio Leite was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raimundo Erramu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 31st playminute. The supporters of Mapovihesa FC booed when Blumenau Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas-Ignacio Lugano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bin Shevchenko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantin Potocianu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kálmán Pádár, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Erramu got free with Luiz Fábio Leite in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 played minutes Blumenau Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Edvaldo de Toledo. In the 45th minute, Al Wieczorek made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fábio Leite. Blumenau Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Luiz Fábio Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Al Wieczorek in the 51st minute of the match. 51 minutes into the game, Al Wieczorek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Luiz Fábio Leite was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Al Wieczorek took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Fábio Leite. Luiz Fábio Leite dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Al Wieczorek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mapovihesa FC made a substitution. Usain Bolt replaced Al Wieczorek. Usain Bolt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severino Leme hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Usain Bolt in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Fábio Leite saved Blumenau Esporte Clube from getting behind. Usain Bolt scored 6-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fábio Leite, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcial Iratze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fábio Leite having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Bin Shevchenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantin Potocianu was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Severino Leme got a throw-in 81 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bin Shevchenko. In the 82ndth minute of the game Usain Bolt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blumenau Esporte Clube's Luiz Fábio Leite was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Constantin Potocianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bin Shevchenko in the 84th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes Mapovihesa FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramachandramurthy Ramachandran. In the 93rd minute, Usain Bolt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Fábio Leite was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Mapovihesa FC's Celedonio Harri was substituted for Marcial Iratze. There was no doubt that Mapovihesa FC were the better team. Mapovihesa FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
