Luiz Fábio Leite came out of the goal and Silverio Lluterio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Edvaldo de Toledo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hu Han Han in the 7 minute of the game. Luiz Fábio Leite stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Lluterio's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. La Candela FC's Ramiro Gabrio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save La Candela FC from getting a goal against them. Silverio Lluterio scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fábio Leite, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Fábio Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Lluterio in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, La Candela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lu Yang Xing to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bin Shevchenko came free, but Ramiro Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Silverio Lluterio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Fábio Leite was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Luiz Fábio Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Lluterio in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Yang Xing in the 38th minute of play forced Blumenau Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Silverio Lluterio made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silverio Lluterio in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Fábio Leite saved Blumenau Esporte Clube from getting behind. Silverio Lluterio might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luiz Fábio Leite. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silverio Lluterio ran back to his position shaking his head. Silverio Lluterio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Luiz Fábio Leite made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, La Candela FC's Silverio Lluterio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luiz Fábio Leite. Luiz Fábio Leite yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. La Candela FC made a substitution. Guaberto Bitxintxo replaced Gonzalo Soin. Luiz Fábio Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Servando in the 78th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Bitxintxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, La Candela FC's Luiz Fábio Leite threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damian Servando, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Guaberto Bitxintxo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luiz Fábio Leite. That made the score 0-3 in the 91 minute of play. La Candela FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
