A sloppy throw-in by Ivan Ilieș in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Switzerland's Federico Wiesendanger. Samuele Kunz kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Nelu Oblemenco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nelu Oblemenco. Nelu Oblemenco struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆. The supporters of Switzerland booed when ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toader Lăcătușu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hias Nüssli made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Nelu Oblemenco sent off a good shot on target. Viorel Buș got in the 42nd minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Hias Nüssli and thus it was 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nelu Oblemenco got free with Hias Nüssli in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Nelu Oblemenco made the kick off in the second half. Switzerland's attentive Fridolin Neumeister managed to snatch the ball when Vintilă Fânaru made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Leo Allemann hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelu Oblemenco in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nelu Oblemenco took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After 66 minutes of play, ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Nelu Oblemenco made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hias Nüssli was left in no man's land by his defense there! ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Rareș Maftei was substituted for Viorel Buș. Nelu Oblemenco scored 6-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hias Nüssli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ made a substitution. Zlatan Ibrahimov replaced Nelu Oblemenco. Zlatan Ibrahimov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Ilieș came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatan Ibrahimov in the 82nd minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s Zlatan Ibrahimov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hias Nüssli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Ivan Ilieș ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hias Nüssli was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Ivan Ilieș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zlatan Ibrahimov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, Zlatan Ibrahimov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆ had won after a very even match.
