Uba Uba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xosepin Uruñuela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uba Uba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Behe Ruisuarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Mesere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evert Wester was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mesere's Behe Ruisuarez got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 43 played minutes Norra Sandby FF got a freekick which was hit by Agne Lindberg. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xosepin Uruñuela to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anatoli Búnev got free with Uba Uba in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agne Törnqvist hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Uba Uba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xosepin Uruñuela in the 58th minute. After 59 minutes Norra Sandby FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anatoli Búnev who took care of the corner kick. In the 61st match minute, Mesere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Millrick Ballestero to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mesere players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Norra Sandby FF.
