When Lukasz Gollob fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sielce Warszawa's protests and gave Lukasz Gollob a yellow card for diving instead. Lukasz Gollob kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Wiktor Filipkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. In the 10th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genzo Wakabayashi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Filipkowski in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Sielce Warszawa were awarded a corner. Iwan Lenertej went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 15 minutes, Wiktor Filipkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sielce Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Filipkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Waclaw Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Almeida. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Waclaw Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sielce Warszawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Waclaw Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Genzo Wakabayashi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 27th minute of play. Genzo Wakabayashi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Faustino Almeida threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sielce Warszawa's Boleslaw Wydrych quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Viriato Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Genzo Wakabayashi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Wiktor Filipkowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Wilson Amorim to make any attempt to save it. If Wiktor Filipkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Sielce Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Lukasz Gollob. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zachariasz Poremba to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Zachariasz Poremba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sielce Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Sielce Warszawa's Genzo Wakabayashi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 60th minute of play. Genzo Wakabayashi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genzo Wakabayashi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Rodolfo Miranda got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute of the match Wiktor Filipkowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilson Amorim showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Genzo Wakabayashi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Moreira in the 81st minute of the match. Sielce Warszawa's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
