In the 10th minute, Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Braulio Martinez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jânio de Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 13th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Kyle Cox made a precise shot to the right of Jânio de Barros. Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio de Barros having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s zone, Issac Dawson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jânio de Barros came out of the goal and Issac Dawson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the game, Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Alfredinho Teixeira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Khalid Kennedy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Jânio de Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Braulio Martinez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Khalid Kennedy. The goal made the score 3-1. Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Jânio de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 37th minute of play. Felix Eriksson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, England's Issac Dawson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jânio de Barros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Issac Dawson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio de Barros having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 51st minute of play forced Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s goalkeeper Jânio de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jânio de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Issac Dawson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bektaş Ali Şencan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Micah Macdonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio de Barros having to interfere. Jânio de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Issac Dawson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Issac Dawson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Ahmet Kadri Uğurtay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ballybunion Celtic F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. When Micah Macdonald came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Micah Macdonald couldn't finish the play. England's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
