Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andreas Schjelderup started the match with the kick off. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. Benjamin Nygren hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, FC Nordsjælland's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Andreas Hansen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Nordsjælland's Andreas Hansen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 14th minute of play. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Hansen having to interfere. Andreas Hansen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bjarne Kirkegaard in the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard got a free kick in the 26th minute. The long shot by Yulian Kichukov in the 27th minute really tested Keld Paulsen's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yulian Kichukov in the 29th minute of the match. Mikkel Wulff might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Hansen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikkel Wulff ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the match, FC Nordsjælland's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Andreas Hansen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute of the match, Yulian Kichukov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Keld Paulsen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. FC Nordsjælland made a substitution. Jeppe Tverskov replaced Paul Caniggia. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sindre Walle, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Benjamin Nygren in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. Andreas Hansen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chris Nygaard in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute Sindre Walle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Hansen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65thth minute of the game Yulian Kichukov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Ludvigsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th match minute, FC Nordsjælland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeppe Tverskov to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Nordsjælland getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Svenåge Ellefsen hit a great ball. Denmark's Chris Nygaard got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mathias Ludvigsen hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Aage Thegler in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. Kenn Skou hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Schjelderup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Hansen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Svenningsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Sindre Walle came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FC Nordsjælland supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Denmark's performance. The match ended with a win for Denmark.
