Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 雷默锋 in the 32nd minute of play. 庄辉雄 scored 3-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when 雷默锋 came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Grabski in the 42nd minute of the match. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
