Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pankracy Malicki started the match with the kick off. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 2nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pankracy Malicki in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 10th minute, Antal Valentin fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Mikolaj Jerzyk. Pankracy Malicki scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Pankracy Malicki came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Boros Benedek hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Mikolaj Jerzyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Boros Benedek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Adam Pacholewski sent off a good shot on target. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolaj Jerzyk having to interfere. Tadeusz Pstrongowski hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute Kajetan Kochniarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Mikolaj Jerzyk made a huge save. 58 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Pankracy Malicki came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 61st minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Mikolaj Jerzyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Mikolaj Jerzyk managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Newcastle United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. 78 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's Kajetan Kochniarczyk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Mikolaj Jerzyk in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 81 minutes Newcastle United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Newcastle United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Major Barna scored to the left of an out of position Mikolaj Jerzyk, making the score, 2-2. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
