Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Pacholewski got free with Arnout Reekers in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tadeusz Pstrongowski kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 9th minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Mikolaj Jerzyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 11th minute of play. Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olgierd Wojtowicz went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kajetan Kochniarczyk in the 22nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Newcastle United's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikolaj Jerzyk came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Pacholewski in the 30th minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikolaj Jerzyk. Mikolaj Jerzyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 43 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mikolaj Jerzyk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pankracy Malicki to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Kajetan Kochniarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Pacholewski came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikolaj Jerzyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kajetan Kochniarczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute.
