Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Camiel Van Aken started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dre Van Den Haecke charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dre Van Den Haecke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camiel Van Aken in the 5th minute of play. Vavrinec Holub stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camiel Van Aken's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camiel Van Aken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Brusselse Ketjes were awarded a corner. Camiel Van Aken went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Brusselse Ketjes's Gunter Opdebeeck to a score. 1-0 in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Alan Rezek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the match, Camiel Van Aken tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vavrinec Holub saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Serge Van Looy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Serge Van Looy could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Vavrinec Holub however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Kvetoslav Janku got a free kick in the 24th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Dre Van Den Haecke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brusselse Ketjes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dre Van Den Haecke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alan Rezek came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan Rezek couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's David Rusil got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 45th match minute, Brusselse Ketjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rocky Dirickx to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Jilek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gunter Opdebeeck struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brusselse Ketjes. Alan Rezek hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. A collision led to Brusselse Ketjes getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Wim De Boeck hit a great ball. Alan Rezek hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Serge Van Looy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
