Maxime Durand made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Vintilă Ardeleanu sent off a good shot on target. Mihnea Jușcă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camille Baume in the 15th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Tiberiu Simion got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maxime Durand quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mihnea Jușcă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Baume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-0 became the score in the 26th minute when Ciprian Caba elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gao Kun Ling in the 34th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Remy Dupuy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferdinand Chivulescu's late challenge caught a France's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinand Chivulescu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AC Ony getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ferdinand Chivulescu hit a great ball. In the 45th minute of the match, Ciprian Caba tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maxime Durand saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Peletier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mihnea Jușcă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Barbier, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When AC Ony's Vintilă Ardeleanu in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye France's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Mihnea Jușcă in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Gao Kun Ling came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Tiberiu Simion almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but France's Maxime Durand did a great save. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
