Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilyan Kraev in the 8th minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bilyan Kraev showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. After 14 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by David Rusil. In the 19th minute of the match, Bilyan Kraev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vavrinec Holub saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 20 minutes Czech Republic's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Metodi Sheyretov who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Metodi Sheyretov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vavrinec Holub quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Sugoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geno Poptodorov in the 25th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vavrinec Holub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lazar Anakiev in the 26th minute. Arnulfo Sugoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geno Poptodorov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vavrinec Holub came out and tried to block the shot, but Geno Poptodorov slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Arnulfo Sugoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ФК ОВЕЧ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Vavrinec Holub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bilyan Kraev in the 39th minute. Arnulfo Sugoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kvetoslav Janku during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kvetoslav Janku to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, Alan Rezek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czech Republic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ФК ОВЕЧ the free kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Jilek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Metodi Sheyretov came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ФК ОВЕЧ booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Turecek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute Arnulfo Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Vitan Sharbanov made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Arnulfo Sugoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere.
