The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrew Ross during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Andrew Ross hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Czeslaw Kostrzewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Krzysztof Jajecznica seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Krzysztof Jajecznica the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of MKS Legion Częstochowa protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Krzysztof Jajecznica had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 8 played minutes MKS Legion Częstochowa got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Jajecznica. Billy Booth came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paco Dean could save by the left post. In the 13th minute, Valter Festas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper Paco Dean had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Booth. Zachary Naskrent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevin Crouch kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clive Workman during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of MKS Legion Częstochowa booed when Lisburn Distillery F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clive Workman didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Lisburn Distillery F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Damien Carr hit a great ball. If Zachary Naskrent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paco Dean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clive Workman in the 36th minute of the match. Brian Lambert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Naskrent in the 38th minute of play. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Paco Dean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Alagoano in the 40th minute of play. Paco Dean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrew Ross, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zachary Naskrent was the one to do the kick off. Czeslaw Kostrzewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paco Dean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clive Workman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paco Dean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clive Workman in the 74th minute of the match. Andrew Ross fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paco Dean having to interfere. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Jonathon Gates was substituted for Andrew Ross. The supporters of MKS Legion Częstochowa booed when Lisburn Distillery F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Zachary Naskrent got a free kick in the 79th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MKS Legion Częstochowa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
