Thanks to some nice moves Gustavo Arrelucea could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Ximenes Barnechea however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Intimos de Reynoso booed when Alianza Trujillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raulo Seda didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Cristian Curiel from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Ximenes Barnechea's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Alianza Trujillo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
