Asier Orbaneja came out of the goal and Anastasio Miliano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When VINEIRO FC's Justino Su in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balkes FC's goalie prevented a goal. Justino Su recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Su in the 16th minute of play forced Balkes FC's goalkeeper Asier Orbaneja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Fernado Mendivil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balkes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VINEIRO FC the free kick. Justino Su scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Asier Orbaneja, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Asier Orbaneja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Mergildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Jeremy Bentham's late challenge caught a Balkes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremy Bentham helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute, Jeremy Bentham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The VINEIRO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Justino Su blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Asier Orbaneja having to make a save. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Clemente Mergildo sped through Balkes FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Asier Orbaneja. If Justino Su had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Miliano in the 43rd minute of play forced Balkes FC's goalkeeper Asier Orbaneja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Balkes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Mergildo came free, but Asier Orbaneja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Llorenc Orellana was the one to do the kick off. Asier Orbaneja made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Justino Su sent off a good shot on target. Justino Su received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Asier Orbaneja came out and tried to block the shot, but Justino Su slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 57th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Clemente Mergildo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Asier Orbaneja, 0-5. VINEIRO FC's Clemente Mergildo got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Clemente Mergildo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Asier Orbaneja. The goal made the score 0-6. 80 minutes into the match, Clemente Mergildo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Asier Orbaneja. Balkes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clemente Mergildo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. James Ford got in the 83rd minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Asier Orbaneja. This was a shot which ended in a score of 0-8. Llorenc Orellana kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Mergildo got free with Asier Orbaneja in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. VINEIRO FC's Clemente Mergildo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 94th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the final whistle sounded VINEIRO FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Balkes FC.
