TiGrEs Fx's Inacio Pabon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magdaleno Virto in the 13th minute of play. In the 14thth minute of the game Gus Arrelucea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TiGrEs Fx's Inacio Pabon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the TiGrEs Fx defense, Gustavo Arrelucea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inacio Pabon. The TiGrEs Fx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inacio Pabon should have stopped the shot. Mauro Udobro was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Erauso Carpio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erauso Carpio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in TiGrEs Fx's zone, Gustavo Arrelucea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inacio Pabon came out of the goal and Gustavo Arrelucea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Galeno Montealegre made the kick off in the second half. TiGrEs Fx were furious when Berdoi Surga was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 50th minute, one of TiGrEs Fx:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TiGrEs Fx. Maxin Creus walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The crowd rose to their feet as Intimos de Reynoso's Gus Arrelucea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Inacio Pabon. That made the score 3-2 after 63 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Arrelucea got free with Inacio Pabon in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erauso Carpio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Udobro having to interfere.
