After having played for 13 minutes, David Barbier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. France's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Barbier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 15 played minutes AFC Prunis MM got a freekick which was hit by Gheorghe Braru. AFC Prunis MM's Apa Panter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 15th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Prunis MM's zone, Frank Peletier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apa Panter came out of the goal and Frank Peletier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Peletier in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Apa Panter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apa Panter having to interfere. Florin Cumpan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Maxime Durand skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 34 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florin Cumpan. Frank Peletier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apa Panter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Apa Panter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camille Baume in the 42nd minute of the match. When Camille Baume came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camille Baume couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florin Cumpan made a kick off. AFC Prunis MM's Apa Panter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Cumpan in the 56th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes France's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sol Crowther who took care of the corner kick. In the 58th minute, Dorel Decuseară hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apa Panter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 60th minute of the match. After 64 played minutes AFC Prunis MM got a freekick which was hit by Marcu Angheluță. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Răzvan Mustață's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. The corner led France's David Barbier to fire away a dangerous shot which Apa Panter despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 75th minute, Quentin Beaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Florin Cumpan managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Prunis MM's supporters rose to their feet, but Florin Cumpan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Apa Panter made a huge save. Dorel Decuseară lost his temper 81 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AFC Prunis MM! The goalkeeper, Apa Panter, was totally fooled by France's David Barbier, who 83 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. AFC Prunis MM made a substitution. Sergiu Urdea replaced Petrică Ciocâlteu. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sol Crowther, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Jean Bombelles charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean Bombelles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jean Bombelles hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Henry Robiquet hit a great ball. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sol Crowther in the 100th minute of play. France's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
