After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Balazs Lajos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiktor Oryniak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aureliusz Pusiak's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aureliusz Pusiak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Aureliusz Pusiak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Mondrowski charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Mondrowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Herbalists Opole got a freekick which was hit by Roman Mondrowski. Herbalists Opole's Wiktor Oryniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 24th minute of play. Takacs Tibor might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wiktor Oryniak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Takacs Tibor ran back to his position shaking his head. 26 minutes into the match, Balazs Lajos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wiktor Oryniak. Herbalists Opole's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Balazs Lajos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Wiktor Oryniak came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Balazs Lajos struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Wiktor Oryniak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. 40 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Herbalists Opole's Wiktor Oryniak. Wiktor Oryniak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Wiktor Oryniak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aureliusz Kaszubowski was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wiktor Oryniak. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. A hard shot 55 in the game by Antal Valentin from a close distance when the talented Wiktor Oryniak managed to make a qualified save. Herbalists Opole's players were relieved. Wiktor Oryniak came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Hegedus Henrik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Wiktor Oryniak made a huge save. Wiktor Oryniak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Wiktor Oryniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Oryniak having to interfere. After 70 minutes, Iwan Pieknik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herbalists Opole and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Herbalists Opole getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Iwan Pieknik hit a great ball. Wiktor Oryniak was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Antal Valentin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antal Valentin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Oryniak having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Herbalists Opole's goalkeeper Wiktor Oryniak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Balazs Lajos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Oryniak having to interfere. The supporters of Herbalists Opole booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boros Benedek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Wiktor Oryniak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Hungary played a much better game than Herbalists Opole and deserved their victory. The Herbalists Opole players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
