The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carol Stinga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Joks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artur Bînciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Olaru in the 6th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, FC Wypyszek's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Artur Bînciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rasvan Cristescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Bînciu was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Artur Bînciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Serban in the 36th minute of play forced FC Wypyszek's goalkeeper Artur Bînciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carol Stinga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Joks in the 38th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Joks in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carol Stinga saved Romania from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Joks in the 41st minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, FC Wypyszek's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Artur Bînciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Olaru to strike the kick off in the second half. Romania were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after FC Wypyszek's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adam Olaru took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Alexandru Pangratiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romania's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandru Pangratiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Bînciu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 82 minutes of play, Romania's Anton Stinga made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Bînciu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Soto, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, FC Wypyszek's goal looked a bit too open when Octavian Vaduva came free, but Artur Bînciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Octavian Vaduva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Romania fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The throw-in from Vasile Ciumak in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Wypyszek's Grzegorz Soszka. Romania's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
