Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Lorencio got free with Tommy Kahn in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Lorencio struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SISTRELLS. SISTRELLS's Sheldon Cooper was substituted for Constantino Ponte. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Lorencio to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69 minutes of play, SISTRELLS's Fabian Lorencio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filomeno Benedicto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 73rd minute of play. SISTRELLS made a substitution. Jon Echeto replaced Ion Solana. After 75 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. The audience was convinced that Fabian Lorencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Primeiro in the 81st minute of play. Fabian Lorencio might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Lorencio ran back to his position shaking his head.
