Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antal Valentin got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Marco Assendelft had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Assendelft was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Henk van der Werff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute, De hijgende Hertjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Akif Okutman to maneuver through the defense. De hijgende Hertjes's attentive Yong 典韦 managed to snatch the ball when Szekeres Tamas made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. Henk van der Werff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henk van der Werff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Marco Assendelft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. De hijgende Hertjes's Henk van der Werff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 35th minute of play. Marco Assendelft recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Szekeres Tamas got a throw-in 47 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Takacs Tibor.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marco Assendelft stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of De hijgende Hertjes:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hungary:s goal. The goalkeeper, Henk van der Werff, was totally fooled by Hungary's Antal Valentin, who 52 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Belém, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Szekeres Tamas hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Marco Assendelft sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Henk van der Werff firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 65th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. De hijgende Hertjes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. De hijgende Hertjes's Henk van der Werff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save De hijgende Hertjes from getting a goal against them. In the 80thth minute of the game Marco Assendelft who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the game, one of Hungary:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 89 minutes into the game, Marco Assendelft cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 93 minutes, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balazs Lajos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Henk van der Werff made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frits Andriessen during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 102 minutes, Hungary's Antal Valentin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Henk van der Werff.
