The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 94 minutes France's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abid Bubalo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Selebi-Phikwe's Abid Bubalo to fire away a dangerous shot which Maxime Durand despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 96th minute, Quentin Beaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. France's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
