Zaccheo Andolina started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Sigfrido Auletta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theo Fil. Xentrias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sigfrido Auletta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doctor Mugg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flavio Vittori came out and tried to block the shot, but Doctor Mugg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Fil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 25th minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Theo Fil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xentrias made a substitution. Christer Peterson replaced Albert Rudberg.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Doctor Mugg to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the game Jonatan Axelsson made a throw-in which Lars-Erik Almstedt played forward. Xentrias's Theo Fil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Xentrias from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Italy's zone, Doctor Mugg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal and Doctor Mugg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walter Closet hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Sigfrido Auletta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Theo Fil skillfully saved the ball. In the 73rd minute Magdaleno Andersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xentrias's Theo Fil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Xentrias from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magdaleno Andersson in the 77th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xentrias's Theo Fil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Adam Sävström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Vittori. Siricio Liotta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Siricio Liotta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Xentrias's Theo Fil did a great save. After 96 played minutes Xentrias got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Almstedt. Italy were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Xentrias to leave the ground with a draw.
