Tadeo Nardo was slow to take the kick. During this time Arsenal de Sarandi's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Luisito Iturri got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 17 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Christian Baiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Donio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes Arsenal de Sarandi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcel Pinho who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Arsenal de Sarandi's Antonio Schumacher got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Angelino Donio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Telmo Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Baiano in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelino Donio saved Arsenal de Sarandi from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Angelino Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar de Moraes in the 52nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elói Aparecido during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Papunhas EC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Elói Aparecido hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Iturri in the 57th minute of play forced Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Ismael Nazario Serre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Eustaquio Lleir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 2-1 became the score in the 63rd minute when Valdemar de Moraes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Arsenal de Sarandi's Luisito Iturri got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71 played minutes Papunhas EC got a freekick which was hit by Elói Aparecido. After 76 minutes of play, Arsenal de Sarandi's Eustaquio Lleir made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael Nazario Serre was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angelino Donio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Baiano in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Marcel Pinho could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Angelino Donio however easily saved by the left post. With an all-out effort, Papunhas EC's Angelino Donio threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valdemar de Moraes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ismael Nazario Serre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Vechi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Ahmet Efe Vechi notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre. Ismael Nazario Serre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 89 minutes into the match, Valdemar de Moraes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Angelino Donio, 4-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Papunhas EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arsenal de Sarandi.
