Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Merrill Pryor kicked off to start the match. In the 6thth minute of the game Valdemar de Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aston Villa FC's Filiph Hägg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ismael Nazario Serre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merrill Pryor in the 7th minute of the match. Filiph Hägg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merrill Pryor in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Nazario Serre saved Papunhas EC from getting behind. Christian Baiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Filiph Hägg made a huge save. Filiph Hägg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar de Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Christian Baiano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filiph Hägg. Christian Baiano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Filiph Hägg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho de Carvalho in the 21st minute of the match. Agostinho de Carvalho charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agostinho de Carvalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Papunhas EC! Filiph Hägg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar de Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Marcel Pinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Baiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Filiph Hägg made a huge save. Filiph Hägg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merrill Pryor scored 1-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Nazario Serre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute Eddie Vallman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Nazario Serre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Papunhas EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Merrill Pryor was slow to take the kick. During this time Aston Villa FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Aston Villa FC's Merrill Pryor to fire away a dangerous shot which Ismael Nazario Serre despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Papunhas EC's Agostinho de Carvalho got a free kick in the 48th minute. The Papunhas EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Aston Villa FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valdemar de Moraes to make the kick off. Filiph Hägg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre got control of the ball when Eddie Vallman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Papunhas EC's zone, Merrill Pryor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Nazario Serre came out of the goal and Merrill Pryor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Merrill Pryor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Ismael Nazario Serre made a huge save. Ismael Nazario Serre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merrill Pryor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Aston Villa FC's Merrill Pryor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ismael Nazario Serre. That made the score 1-4 after 72 minutes of play. Merrill Pryor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Ismael Nazario Serre when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 76 minutes Papunhas EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Merrill Pryor who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Merrill Pryor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre did a great save. Merrill Pryor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Nazario Serre having to interfere. Filiph Hägg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merrill Pryor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ismael Nazario Serre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Jörgen Dalkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Aston Villa FC's Merrill Pryor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ismael Nazario Serre. Ismael Nazario Serre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. The supporters of Papunhas EC booed when Aston Villa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörgen Dalkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eddie Vallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Aston Villa FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
