Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 3rd minute of play forced Suprs Academia's goalkeeper Miguel Prod'Homme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Suprs Academia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. Miguel Prod'Homme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Eikelkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 11th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathijn Doctor to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Prod'Homme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars Meesters went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Miguel Prod'Homme came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's David Eikelkamp. But to his dismay, David Eikelkamp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Miguel Prod'Homme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a great ball. Nico Ota hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Suprs Academia. Suprs Academia's Miguel Prod'Homme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 36th minute of play. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Lucero Agnese sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amílcar Leiria got free with Arnout Reekers in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucero Agnese to strike the kick off in the second half. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charlie Hultin hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Prod'Homme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Suprs Academia's Robert Dinamite was substituted for Lucero Agnese. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Dinamite in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Suprs Academia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wim Wilmes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 90 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Prod'Homme. Suprs Academia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gijsbert ter Kruimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 95th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
