Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chris Nygaard took the kick off in the first half of the match. Simon Bendtsen hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Gemar having to interfere. In the 12th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bjarne Kirkegaard to maneuver through the defense. Marius Prestin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Weniger, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Jose Eduino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen. Jose Eduino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl Marx in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bruno Gemar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 28th minute of the match. Patrick Galvãos short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Keld Paulsen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 30 minutes, Karl Marx made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Denmark's Keld Paulsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Keld Paulsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrick Galvão in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Weniger in the 53rd minute of the match. Bruno Gemar made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Bertram Svenningsen sent off a good shot on target. Karl Marx hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Romão Zarco in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrick Galvão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. In the 86th minute Karl Marx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. West Staines Massive's Jonny Clayton was substituted for Helmuth Follmann. In the 95th minute, Bertram Svenningsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. West Staines Massive's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
