In the 20th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Ramiro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Balazs Lajos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gianluca Pagliuca having to interfere. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliver Bierhoff's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Sebastián Cebreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Gianluca Pagliuca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 32nd minute of play. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Maximiliano Chap could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Sebastián Cebreiro in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Miro in the 80th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastián Cebreiro in the 84th minute of the match. The corner led Ramiro FC's Anacleto Miro to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Cebreiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Miro in the 91st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro FC were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nereo Harkaitz took the corner. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Hungary had controlled the match.
