Zachary Majorski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, Waldemar Siwek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorge Philippi, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Sierralta in the 27th minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Waldemar Dulka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pogoń Staszów's Waldemar Dulka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Sierralta in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Matetich in the 30th minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Waldemar Dulka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alesandro Mac Millan took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldemar Dulka. Waldemar Dulka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Waldemar Dulka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alesandro Mac Millan in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Francisco Beitia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waldemar Dulka was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 44th match minute, Spartans FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Matetich to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Pogoń Staszów's goal looked a bit too open when Alesandro Mac Millan came free, but Waldemar Dulka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Pogoń Staszów players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spartans FC were winning 1-3.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Alesandro Mac Millan got free with Waldemar Dulka in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Spartans FC's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Siwek came free, but Jorge Philippi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldemar Dulka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alesandro Mac Millan, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alesandro Mac Millan in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldemar Dulka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th match minute, Pogoń Staszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Borkowski to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Waddington fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Dulka having to interfere. Waldemar Dulka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alesandro Mac Millan, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Spartans FC's Francisco Beitia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldemar Dulka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. When Vicente Waddington fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spartans FC's protests and gave Vicente Waddington a yellow card for diving instead. Vicente Waddington kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Spartans FC's Adriano Sierralta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Waldemar Dulka. That made the score 1-6 after 91 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded Spartans FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pogoń Staszów.
