Cassiano Castanheira kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Vitória StrikerS™'s goal looked a bit too open when Éder Brites came free, but Idalécio Rego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vitória StrikerS™ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! Vitória StrikerS™:s Idalécio Rego showed great skill when he stopped Alex Arruda:s penalty. In the 14th minute, Cassiano Castanheira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 played minutes, Ɍυƒυs™'s Alex Arruda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Idalécio Rego came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ɍυƒυs™ reached it. In the 20th match minute, Ɍυƒυs™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Carmo to maneuver through the defense. When Durval Bulhosa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. In the 25th minute, Durval Bulhosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Idalécio Rego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Éder Brites in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute of the match Ɍυƒυs™ got a corner. Vitória StrikerS™'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alex Arruda ran over to the corner to take the kick. Éder Brites might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Idalécio Rego. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Éder Brites ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute, Zacarias Santos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lourenço Velasques. The goal made the score 1-1. If Éder Brites had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquim Nogueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Zacarias Santos made a precise shot to the right of Lourenço Velasques. Ɍυƒυs™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Vitória StrikerS™'s Idalécio Rego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Vitória StrikerS™ from getting a goal against them. After 58 minutes of play, Vitória StrikerS™'s Zacarias Santos made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lourenço Velasques was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 64 played minutes Ɍυƒυs™ got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Igrejas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Perdigão in the 64th minute of play forced Ɍυƒυs™'s goalkeeper Lourenço Velasques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flávio Perdigão kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Ɍυƒυs™'s Alex Arruda got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vitória StrikerS™'s goalkeeper Idalécio Rego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Éder Brites had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Idalécio Rego. Vitória StrikerS™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Éder Brites was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The audience was convinced that Éder Brites's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Idalécio Rego was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Éder Brites in the 90th minute of play forced Vitória StrikerS™'s goalkeeper Idalécio Rego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Carmo's late challenge caught a Vitória StrikerS™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vitória StrikerS™ had won after a very even match.
