In the 12th minute, Paulino Velasques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Azenha during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ɍυƒυs™ getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Jacinto Azenha hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Saúl Soveral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Philippi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Philippi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saúl Soveral in the 29th minute of play. If Paulino Velasques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Philippi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saúl Soveral in the 35th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Spartans FC got a freekick which was hit by Alesandro Mac Millan. 37 minutes into the game, Ɍυƒυs™'s Saúl Soveral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Philippi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jorge Philippi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Velasques, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Pedro Fuenzalida to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saúl Soveral in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Philippi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Horácio Caiado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Pedro Fuenzalida in the 75th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Saúl Soveral lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Jorge Philippi. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Saúl Soveral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ɍυƒυs™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Saúl Soveral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Philippi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
