The audience was convinced that Wilton Proença's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zbigniew Giertych was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Pankracy Adamus succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 15th playminute. In the 18th minute, Miguel Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Paulo de Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pankracy Adamus went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Real Mente Burro's Zé Paulo de Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stasio Tychy in the 30th minute of play. Pankracy Adamus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Zé Paulo de Castro made a huge save. In the 32nd minute Igor Henryk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Paulo de Castro came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Pogoń Staszów's Igor Henryk. But to his dismay, Igor Henryk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, Real Mente Burro's Zé Paulo de Castro got control of the ball when Pankracy Adamus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Paulo de Castro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fryderyk Ferfecki showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play. Real Mente Burro's Zé Paulo de Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Real Mente Burro from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilton Proença made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Henryk in the 56th minute of play forced Real Mente Burro's goalkeeper Zé Paulo de Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Mente Burro's Zé Carlos Gomes got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Zé Carlos Gomes off the ground. Zé Carlos Gomes hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo de Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Adamus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilton Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbigniew Giertych having to interfere. Zé Paulo de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pankracy Adamus in the 70th minute of the match.
