Lev Buffon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Inocencio Veronica made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Bandit Cinta sent off a good shot on target. Bandit Cinta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Inocencio Veronica made a huge save. Inocencio Veronica made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Bandit Cinta sent off a good shot on target. Lars Viklund kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half Rafaela FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio was the one to do the kick off. Inocencio Veronica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bandit Cinta, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio got free with Lev Buffon in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Glintung FC defense, Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lev Buffon. The Glintung FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lev Buffon should have stopped the shot. Rafaela FC's Inocencio Veronica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bandit Idaman in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Ćuk in the 93rd minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Veronica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Rafaela FC defense, Bandit Idaman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inocencio Veronica. The Rafaela FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inocencio Veronica should have stopped the shot.
