After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Gerd Oolo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. Gerd Oolo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vavrinec Holub having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerd Oolo in the 65th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
