Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Rodolfo Montay sent off a good shot on target. 9 minutes into the match, Campus Douro Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Eliseu Bragança reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Montay. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Vedat Burçhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Campus Douro Academy's Rodolfo Montay got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 26th match minute, Campus Douro Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Idalécio Rebelo to maneuver through the defense. Gustaaf Groeneveldt scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eliseu Bragança, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th match minute, Campus Douro Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Montay to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a free kick in the 45th minute. The long shot by André Pestana in the 46th minute really tested Arnout Reekers's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vedat Burçhan to make the kick off. Eliseu Bragança made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 51st minute of play. Eliseu Bragança came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Wim Wilmes scored 1-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eliseu Bragança, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th minute, Netherlands's David Eikelkamp dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. With a little luck, Campus Douro Academy's Eliseu Bragança got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute, Wim Wilmes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. 68 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eliseu Bragança narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Campus Douro Academy's Eliseu Bragança played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 73rd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Kees Mooiweer in the 76th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Campus Douro Academy's Álvaro Machado. In the 80th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Bragança saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Álvaro Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vedat Burçhan in the 86th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Idalécio Rebelo during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Campus Douro Academy booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kees Mooiweer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Campus Douro Academy throughout the match.
