If Miroslav Kučera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslav Kučera in the 3rd minute of play. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Miroslav Kučera tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslav Kučera in the 21st minute of the match. Miroslav Kučera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslav Kučera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Miroslav Kučera notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute Miroslav Kučera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miroslav Kučera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Miroslav Kučera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Miroslav Kučera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guns Reds's supporters rose to their feet, but Miroslav Kučera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Guns Reds getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jan Rooney hit a great ball. Theis Winther kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miroslav Kučera was the one to do the kick off. Miroslav Kučera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. In the 60th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bjarne Kirkegaard to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd match minute, Guns Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eutropio Alcubilla to maneuver through the defense. Theis Winther made in the 63rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Guns Reds's Jan Rooney. Miroslav Kučera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miroslav Kučera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Ragnar Piega in the 72nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Theis Winther. The supporters of Guns Reds booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olav Graversen didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Eutropio Alcubilla came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Guns Reds fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eutropio Alcubilla couldn't finish the play. Bertram Svenningsen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Germán Burgos having to make a save. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslav Kučera in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, one of Denmark:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Denmark. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Ragnar Piega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Ragnar Piega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Denmark's Theis Winther managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ragnar Piega in the 92 minute of the game. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslav Kučera in the 94th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Eutropio Alcubilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Eutropio Alcubilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guns Reds had won after a very even match.
